This is a proper performance cap. Laser-cut perforations run up through both side panels and right across the back, so air moves through the whole rear of the crown rather than through a stitched-in mesh panel. On a hot afternoon it breathes as well as anything in the shop, and it still looks like a clean, solid cap from the front.

The front carries a raised rubberised Wilson patch in white, which holds its shape and colour far better than a printed or stitched logo. The brim is curved and pre-shaped, and the Wilson shield is embroidered in white at the back above the strap.
