We know that once you've ordered your new golf gear, you want it as quickly as possible.
At Golf 360, our team works hard to process and dispatch orders promptly, so you can get your new equipment in your hands and out on the course sooner. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
We proudly use New Zealand Couriers to deliver orders throughout New Zealand.
Shipping Costs
FREE shipping on orders $150 or more (excluding oversized items).
Orders under $150 are charged:

North Island: $11.50

South Island: $15.00
Oversized Items
The following items incur a $20 oversized freight charge due to their size:

These products require larger packaging and specialised handling to help ensure they arrive safely.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Our team processes orders as quickly as possible and, in most cases, your order will be on its way shortly after it's placed.
While delays are uncommon, if an item is temporarily unavailable we'll contact you promptly with an update and an estimated delivery timeframe.
In Stock Means Ready To Order
If you're able to add an item to your cart, it's almost always available and ready to ship.
Although very occasional stock discrepancies can occur, they're rare. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and discuss the best solution.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves Golf 360, you'll automatically receive an email containing your New Zealand Couriers tracking number.
You'll be able to track your parcel online from dispatch through to delivery.
Delivery Address
To help ensure your parcel arrives safely, we require a physical delivery address.
Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
As deliveries generally require a signature, we recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to receive your parcel during business hours.
Click & Collect
If you're based in the Bay of Plenty, you're welcome to collect your order from our Mount Maunganui store.
Most Click & Collect orders are ready within 4 hours during our normal business hours.
Simply choose Click & Collect during checkout, and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Can I collect my order instead?
Absolutely. Simply select Click & Collect during checkout if you'd like to collect your order from our Mount Maunganui store.
