Junior Golf

The right junior golf equipment makes the game easier to learn and more enjoyable to play. Lighter weights, suitable lengths and junior-friendly designs help young golfers build confidence without having to compensate for clubs made for adults.

At Golf 360, you can shop junior clubs, sets, gloves, shoes, apparel and accessories for practice, family rounds and competitive junior golf.

Choose Junior Clubs by Height, Not Age Alone

Age guides are useful, but height is usually the better starting point because children grow at different rates. Clubs that are too long or heavy can make it difficult to develop balance, speed and solid contact. Avoid buying dramatically oversized equipment for a child to “grow into”—a little growing room is sensible, but the clubs still need to be usable now.

Junior Golf Sets or Individual Clubs?

A Junior Golf Set is the simplest way to start because it provides a coordinated selection of clubs and usually a lightweight bag. Young beginners do not need every adult club. A driver or fairway wood, forgiving iron or two, wedge and putter can provide enough variety while keeping the bag manageable.

Why Cut-Down Adult Clubs Are Usually a Poor Fit

Shortening an adult club does not turn it into a properly designed junior club. The head and shaft may still be too heavy or stiff, which can make the club difficult to swing and encourage compensations. Purpose-built junior equipment is balanced around younger golfers and generally provides a much better starting point.

Left-Handed Junior Golf Equipment

Check the young golfer's natural playing orientation before ordering. Our Left-Handed Golf collection includes selected junior sets, clubs and right-hand gloves worn by left-handed players.

Complete Their Junior Golf Setup

A correctly sized glove can improve comfort and grip, while golf shoes should provide secure traction without restricting growing feet. Keep clothing light and comfortable, and choose a bag the child can carry or move without unnecessary strain.

Good junior equipment should help children swing freely, make contact more often and enjoy coming back to the game.
