Welcome10 terms and conditions

WELCOME10 gives new online customers 10% off their first eligible full-price purchase. The code can be used once per customer and applies only to eligible stock items included in the Welcome10 Collection.

WELCOME10 does not apply to:

  • Products already on sale or clearance
  • Used or pre-owned products
  • Ex-demo, fitting, shop-display or other one-off reduced stock
  • Gift vouchers
  • Special orders, custom orders, and products ordered in specifically for a customer
  • Any other products specifically excluded from the Welcome10 Collection

If WELCOME10 does not apply to an item at checkout, that item is not eligible for the discount. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
